1. University of Salerno Scholarship for Non-EU Students

The University of Salerno is offering certain scholarships to non-EU international students who live outside Italy. These are for master’s degree programs starting in the next academic year. If you already hold a degree from an Italian university, move along; this one isn’t for you. You apply through the Universitaly portal, not by emailing some admin assistant or personnel. Submit everything there before the deadline. Selected applicants receive a total annual value of €8,000.

2. Africa CDC and AVMI Industrial Fellowship Program

Applications are being received for the Africa CDC and AVMI Industrial Fellowship Programme in Vaccine Manufacturing. It targets recent graduates who want hands-on experience, not just theory. The problem? Africa currently has between 2,000 and 3,000 vaccine manufacturing professionals. To meet the 2040 goals, that number needs to hit 12,500. Selected candidates get more than just a certificate. 3. Polytechnic University of Milan Bachelor Scholarships

5. Slovak Republic Government Scholarship

The Slovak Republic Government Scholarship program is a cornerstone of Slovakia’s long‑term development cooperation, offering fully funded opportunities for international students from Official Development Assistance (ODA) countries to pursue bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral studies at public universities across Slovakia. Each year, the Slovak government allocates up to 70 scholarships specifically to students from ODA‑eligible countries, enabling them to engage in full‑cycle higher education in Slovakia. Recipients receive coverage for tuition fees, monthly stipends, health insurance, and accommodation, creating an accessible pathway to quality European education.

6. Idex Scholarships at Côte d’Azur University for All

This scholarship program to study in Europe aims to attract outstanding students for studies at the university. The scholarship program is open to candidates of all nationalities who wish to study in one of the eligible master’s degrees and covers all of your tuition fees, including a stipend of €5,000. The main selection criterion is academic excellence. Candidates must have an excellent academic record and demonstrate the potential to excel in their field of study. About 10 Idex scholarships are awarded each year to the best MSc candidates.

7. University of Padua Scholarships for International Students

The program has been created by the university to strengthen its ability to attract talented international students to undergraduate and graduate degree programs offered by the University of Padua. Through these programs, the university attracts a large number of international students, not only to study in Italy but also to experience the country’s rich cultural heritage. 8. Kazakhstan Government Scholarship for International Students

14. Einstein Fellowship in Germany for All

The Einstein Forum and the Wittenstein Foundation are proud to announce a new call for applications to their fellowship program for young, ambitious thinkers who are interested in pursuing a project in a field different from their previous research. This fellowship is designed to support individuals who, in addition to excelling in their current field of specialization, are also open to exploring new and interdisciplinary approaches to their work, much like the renowned Albert Einstein. The fellowship program provides living accommodation, a stipend of EUR 10,000 and reimbursement of travel expenses.

15. Idex scholarships at Université Grenoble Alpes

The program is open to foreign students (i.e. students currently enrolled in a University outside France) who apply to one of the Master’s or Engineer Schools offered by certain academic divisions of Université Grenoble Alpes. This Europe scholarship aims to attract outstanding international students for studies at the university. The scholarship is open to candidates of all nationalities and can provide up to 8,000 euros for one academic year (2 semesters). Applicants can either apply to the first year or to the second year of a Master’s.

16. Koç University in Turkey Scholarships for Master and PhD

Koc University Scholarship is fully funded and aims to recruit talented local and international students to pursue studies in a Master’s with Thesis and PhD programs. The university is located in Istanbul (Turkey), one of the biggest cities in the world. 19. Africa Scholars Program at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore

This scholarship program to study in Italy has been created to allow African students to study in 2-year graduate degree programs taught in English at either Milan, Roma, Piacenza or Cremona campuses. Through this Europe scholarship program, all accepted applicants will be offered tuition fee reductions. 20. SBW Berlin Scholarship Program

The SBW Berlin Scholarship is designed to support international students, refugees, and individuals working in the social sector who demonstrate a strong dedication to community service. This scholarship enables students to pursue their academic goals in Berlin or Potsdam while contributing to meaningful social projects. This scholarship to study on the European enables recipients to pursue undergraduate or master’s degrees at universities in Berlin or Potsdam, with the expectation that they apply their acquired knowledge to social projects in Germany and in their home countries. The scholarship covers a comprehensive range of expenses, including tuition fees, accommodation, a monthly living allowance, and travel costs to and from Berlin.

21. Heinrich Böll Foundation scholarships in Germany

The Heinrich Böll Foundation grants fully funded scholarships for Undergraduates, Graduates, and Ph.D. degree programs to support both foreign and German students. Applications to undergraduate degree programs are only open to Germans and foreign students educated in Germany. The Heinrich Böll Foundation scholarships department will grant around 1500 Scholarships to International Students, European Union and German students to undertake studies in Germany, Switzerland and other EU member states.
