International students who wish to study in Canada are welcome to apply for admission to a Master’s or PhD degree programs at the University of Ottawa. The University of Ottawa International Admission Scholarship will be awarded to admitted international students who meet the program’s eligibility criteria.
Each faculty holds a competition with their own criteria, including a minimum admission average of 8.0 / 10. Those who meet the criteria will be recommended to the Office of the Vice-Provost, Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies, by the faculty to which they’ve submitted their admission application. Given the limited number of international admission scholarships, meeting the minimum requirements will not guarantee a scholarship.
