To be eligible for the scholarship, candidates must satisfy criteria below.

1. have an excellent academic record;
2. meet their programmes’ requirements;
3. be an undergraduate students entering first year in any undergraduate degree at the university;
4. satisfied the university’s language Proficiency requirement.
