Application for the Chinese Government Scholarship Program (CSC Scholarship) for the 2023-2024 academic year, at Harbin Institute of Technology is now open. Chinese Government Scholarship at HIT Benefits
The Chinese Government Scholarship for International Students is a fully funded program that provides successful applicants with the followings:

Chinese Government Scholarship at HIT Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria before applying for this government scholarship:
- Applicants must be Non-Chinese nationality in good health.
- Educational background requirements and age limit:
- Applicants for master’s degree studies must have a bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35;
- Applicants for doctoral degree studies must have a master’s degree and be under the age of 40.
- Have acquired the Chinese proficiency of HSK Level 4 when applying for Chinese-taught master’s or doctoral programs
- Meet the admission requirements of Harbin Institute of Technology in terms of academic ability, language proficiency, and other relevant criteria.
Note: The scholarship cannot be combined with any other scholarships established by the Chinese Government and admission institutions during the same period.

How to Apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship at HIT
Interested candidates in this Asia scholarships program must follow the steps below, provide the following materials truly and correctly and pay for the material assessment fee.

- Step 2: Receive the application confirmation E-mail from the Office of International Students Admission of HIT.

- The Highest diploma. If applicants are university students, they should provide an original notarized pre-graduation certificate.
- Transcripts (from the undergraduate program onwards issued by the attending university’s academic affairs office, graduate school, or student management department).
- Two recommendation letters by professors or associate professors in English or Chinese.
- Passport copy (Valid for one year at least).
- Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
