The Spirit of Togetherness Award 2026, presented by Pernod Ricard in partnership with One Young World, is now accepting applications. It recognizes five young leaders who are creating meaningful connections and belonging in their communities. Each winner gets an €8,000 grant to scale their initiative, plus a fully funded trip to the One Young World Summit 2026 in Cape Town, South Africa.
Conviviality is the word Pernod Ricard uses for bringing people together, not just for grand celebrations, but in everyday moments: shared meals, conversation, culture, small acts of togetherness that build trust and understanding. Communities are changing fast, and isolation is real. This award is for young people who are actually doing something about it, not just talking about it.
You need to be between 18 and 35 (and at least the legal drinking age in your country). Your initiative should have measurable impact, be inclusive, and be scalable. Extra consideration if you are also doing something about sustainability or innovation.

Spirit of Togetherness Award 2026 Benefits
Each award recipient receives:

Spirit of Togetherness Award 2026 Eligibility Criteria
To apply, you must:
- Be aged at least 18 and at least the minimum drinking age in your country of residence, up to the age of 35.
- Lead an initiative that aligns with one or more of these areas:
- Facilitating moments of joyful and shared connection in communities, culture, or workplace.
- Creating inclusive social environments that bring diverse groups together (intergenerational, multicultural, diverse abilities).
- Crafting everyday moments of cultural togetherness around local traditions, heritage, food and drink, and culture.
- Demonstrate impact : measurable community engagement and outcomes.
- Show inclusivity : a commitment to bringing diverse people together.
- Have a scalable and replicable initiative.
Special consideration will be given to candidates who also demonstrate a commitment to environmental sustainability and innovation in their work.
