The Queensland University of Technology awards the QUT Postgraduate Research Award (QUTPRA) to students who provide clear evidence of exceptional research potential and who are undertaking, or applying to undertake, a higher degree by research.
The research scholarships provide funding to help you with general living costs while you focus on your research studies. The university also has top-up scholarships to supplement living costs and sponsorships to cover tuition fees. Some of the QUT’s research scholarships also have associated allowances for relocation and thesis expenses.

QUT PhD scholarship for International Students Benefits
Successful candidates will receive a living allowance for three years, indexed annually ($28,854 in 2022). The scholarship is for full-time students, and can be used to support living costs. International students may also receive a research degree tuition fee sponsorship.
