LUT President Scholarship for International Students, 2023-2024

Applications for the 2023-2024 LUT President Scholarship for International Students are currently being received. The scholarship program has been created to attract international students for Undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate studies at the University. Undergraduate, Master, and PhD programs applicants are eligible and the scholarship provides a full coverage.

Founded in 1919, Lanzhou University of Technology (LUT; 兰州理工大学 – Lánzhōu Lǐgōng Dàxué) is a major research university, located in Lanzhou, China. The university has nine fields of study, i.e., Engineering, Science, Management, Literature, Legal Studies, Education, Medicine, Fine Arts, and Economics. LUT President Scholarship for International Students Eligibility

In order to apply for the LUT President Scholarship for International Students, applicants must meet the following criteria.

1. be non-Chinese citizens and in good health.
2. Education background and age limit:
   • Doctoral degree studies applicants must be under the age of 40 and have a Master’s degree.
   • Master’s degree studies applicants must be under the age of 35 and have a bachelor’s degree.
   • Undergraduate applicants must be under the age of 30 and have a high school diploma.
3. Not hold other scholarships
4. Have an HSK 4 with no less than 200 scores.

Those who failed to meet the Chinese language requirement are suggested to attend a one-year Chinese language program on a self-funded basis at LUT. Once proven to be qualified in Chinese language proficiency and annual academic review, he/she will be preferably considered for the scholarship.
