The Singapore International Foundation (SIF) believes in equipping, enabling, and inspiring young changemakers like you to make your social enterprise idea a reality. The Young Social Entrepreneurs (YSE) Global is a six-month program that seeks to inspire, equip and enable youths of different nationalities to embark on social enterprises (SEs) in Singapore and beyond. If you have a social enterprise idea, they want to help you make it happen.
Participants will learn from leading social entrepreneurs, business professionals, and other youth who are keen on social innovation, while expanding their networks for potential collaborations for good. Launched in 2010, the program has over 1400 alumni representing 46 nationalities.
The program is looking for young changemakers with great ideas that harness enterprise solutions for social issues. You do not need to have an incorporated/registered social enterprise before applying. If you have a viable idea or are in the early stages of building your enterprise, this program wants to hear from you. Individuals can apply but it is highly encouraged to form a team. Having more than one member for your social enterprise allows you to maximize the benefits of teamwork and support as the work grows.
